Client: Organize Me Sally
This flyer was the first marketing piece created in a planned series of "Ten Tips" for Organize Me Sally. The client provided a preliminary list of tips. I reordered and edited the tips for clarity. To align with the client's themes of simplicity, freedom, and peace, a clean, simple, modern design was used. The client's brand colors guided decisions about color and image selections. For example, the image for this flyer was selected not only because it fit the simple, modern aesthetic, but the small green plant complimented the client's color scheme.

Due to COVID-19, Organize Me Sally could not provide face-to-face organizing services. The owner decided to transition to virtual services as quickly as possible and needed assistance developing a welcome packet for her clients. The challenge was to create a welcome packet that provided the client with all of the information required to prepare for the virtual organizing session.
I developed two checklists. The "Pre-Meeting Checklist" informed the client of the tasks to be completed one week prior, the day before, and the day of the organizing session. The "Supply Checklist" listed all of the supplies required as well as repeating the "day of" reminders. In addition to PDF versions of the checklists, the welcome packet also included PDF signs for the client to print and use during the virtual organizing session.
The design of the documents incorporated the client's brand colors and complemented the client's themes of simplicity, freedom, and peace.

Client: Organize Me Sally
Organize Me Sally is a small organizing service in Austin, Texas. Due to COVID-19, the owner stopped offering in-person sessions and focused on offering new virtual services as well as expanding the types of services offered. While in-person services were often completed in one long session, to keep clients from becoming overwhelmed, Organize Me Sally decided to offer shorter sessions over multiple days.
To help the owner track new clients as well the progress of each virtual session, I developed a new client tracking form because the owner preferred using printed sheets instead of storing all data in a database. Like the other documents created for Organize Me Sally, the design incorporated the client's brand colors and complemented the client's themes of simplicity, freedom, and peace.
